- Please attend your appointment alone. If the waiting area is full, friends/relatives may be asked to wait outside.
- Friends/relatives are NOT permitted in the consulting room. A member of the team will be present as your chaperone.
- Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled if these rules are not followed.
